Returns and refunds

Every Charter piece is made by hand, and we want you to be happy with it.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Email us at [your email] to start a return, and we will send you the details.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 7 business days. You cover the cost of sending the item back, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

About natural leather
Real leather has natural marks and variations in grain and colour. These are not faults. It also darkens and develops a patina with use. That is the character of the leather.
